“Cannot recommend ECR Graphics enough!! I called needing my wedding menus printed rather quickly as another company kept cutting the borders incorrectly. They were able to print and cut them precisely within a couple days. Max was so attentive and assisted in getting the job done. Also big shoutout to Robert for taking the extra time to make sure the menus were cut just the way I was requesting. Will definitely use them again for future needs and recommendations.”

After contacting Rush Flyers, their team was responsive and worked with us to sort out what happened. In fairness, some of the confusion may have been on our end navigating their ordering system. Either way, they stepped up and reprinted the order and sent replacements. I was very very grateful for this.

“The rarest thing to find these days is a person that treats their job as if they owned the place. Riko did just that. I had called a UPS store in Plantation very close to us because they claimed to have a notary. The lady that answered told me no, then when I questioned her she said oh yeah we do but he won't be here until after 5.
So I googled and found this store. I called ahead and was told by Riko that he is a notary and would be there. The only thing that makes this a big deal is we needed a notary for my 97 year old mother. Just leaving the house for her is stressful, never mind a car trip and a walk into a shopping center.
When we got there I stood in line and watched Riko handle every customer with speed and kindness. I told him my situation and was offered a chair and a little desk for her to sit once we got her inside. Once inside, he processed at least 5 customers in less than 5 minutes so he could get to her.
My husband and I have owned a pizza place in Plantation for 40 years and I can tell you the current work force is tough. If we had 5 Rikos we could replace 10 people! Not just for his efficiency but for his overall attitude toward his customers.
My only hope is that Riko receives the appreciation as an employee that he deserves. He truly represents your brand.”
