“Let me start by saying this review is for Lids! Because the Locker Room Lids is horrible. After having the gentlemen at Locker Room give NO assistance I walked around the corner. He was too busy in his phone than to actually work and make some money. I turned the corner walked and met HENNY. Super nice and greeted me when I walked in. I had a patch that just needed my name stitched into. He said let me look and see what I can do. Toke his time. Explained the process. Gave him all the info he needed and he started. Told me to give him maybe 10 minutes while the machine did his thing. He stopped sticking to take care of the other customers that had walked in. Once done I expressed my gratitude and paid. He explained he works out of the Lids Sawgrass and was just filling in. I am so glad Henny was in broward mall this past week. He made my evening special. After a long day or working and shopping and life he made it better. What I didn't tell him was my Dad passed in March. My birthday was the day before I came into the store. I was doing a photoshoot Saturday night and needed that LAST patch to complete my biker vest I had made in honor of my Dad. So Henny was the MVP just because of his customer service and friendliness. The icing on the cake was that he was able to complete this last patch for my vest. THAT moment is something money cant buy. To Henny blessings on blessing to you my brother. For the gentlemen the worked at Locker Room Lids he needs an attitude adjustment and a smile. Pay kore attention and stay iff your phone. He missed a sale because it was something that might not normally do.”
