I stop renting this company long time ago. After 8 years I find good deal from hotwire and end up again six rent a car. Nothing change .AGENT ELENA what a rud and have no any idea about customer service.very disrespectful.she think doing you favor.And still upgrate bulshits.NEVER AGAIN
