“This place went up and above service. The insurance company paying for my truck told me to get the estimate here. I had no idea of this place but they earned my business from here on out. First day of estimate, I was in a rush to pick up my kids. The ladies up front ( Sarah and Crystal?) made it a point to get me out within 10 minutes. Andre called me updating me about my car promptly and the truck was ready much sooner than anticipated. I had one issue with the car and that was my battery died the next day. I was worried that they would simply say that this wasn't their responsibility but NO... Miguel the manager, understood the issue and kept his word to simply buy a battery and he would reimburse me. The level of service here was so fantastic that I now hand out their business card in my place of business. I special shout out to Sarah at the front desk. Her level of service and concern was simply unbelievable. You would be a fool to look anywhere else to get your car serviced.”

“Pauline was so helpful and kind and solved our problem immediately. We were given a Free upgrade of a Ford Mustang at the Miami Airport, which sounds great, but we are on our 60's and 70's. It was way too hard to get in and out of. Pauline gladly traded our vehicle for a Camry with no issue. We didn't have to drive back to the airport. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“Calandra, I hope I spelled it correctly, was incredibly sweet and patient. She juggled multiple clients and phone calls on her own when we checked in and made our return a breeze! Somebody needs to give her a raise! She really was doing so much on both days. I worked at Alamo car rental many years ago and I know how difficult it can be. She never lost her cool under pressure and made it look so easy. I’ll be back at this location in November and hope we get her again. I don’t want to go to any other location or rental company after this wonderful experience.”

“My first time using this business. I reserved the vehicle online. It was a simple process. I had no problem finding the place. The place has two entrances. I would advise you to take the first entrance. You can't park in the second. They seem to be doing some landscaping work towards the front entrance but other than that the business looked good.I found the customer service good. The guy at the front was nice, friendly, and clear. My process was fast and easy. I signed some papers and picked up the keys to my new rental. The return experience was just as smooth. Sadly the place does not have a public restroom. I will probably use this business again. The price was fair and the experience was good.”
