“A few years ago this place had a pretty mixed reputation, due mostly to the owners unique ability to be either very kind or somewhat surly. Today, the staff is unfailingly welcoming and helpful.
I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes even when there are several people in line. Although the post office is usually option, the wait there is much longer regardless of how many people are in line and you have to work really hard to get a kind word or a smile even from the unfailingly surly nearby Mayport Road post office staff.
They have self-service personal mailboxes, paper shredding, packaging, computers and printing.”
