My procurement of said item had been executed via NAPA’s digital commerce platform, yet the product’s web page was egregiously architected and profoundly deceptive in nature. Fortunately, the associate stationed at the UPS Store exhibited exceptional affability and rendered assistance with consummate professionalism, successfully facilitating the dispatch of the item back to NAPA. Moreover, the establishment was entirely devoid of any queued patrons, thereby obviating the necessity for any protracted period of waiting.”

“I needed to have quite a few color pages printed same day so I could take them with me out of town to work on a project. Because of the email size limitation (att restriction) and the number of files, I didn’t get my last files to them until later in the afternoon. I made several calls to the store to make sure they were receiving my emails and Princess was very helpful. She was a joy to work with and was able to get the files printed same day. In time for me to pick up and pack for my trip. Thank you Princess and the UPS store for the great customer service!!”

“I have mixed reviews and here is why. Paul who is over the franchise is a great guy. I always enjoy talking to him. Issues with things that normally happen is out of his control because he is just the franchise and he does not make the rules. Paul has always done what he could to make me a happy customer with things within his control. I have been there over 3 years now. I don't plan on leaving either. For the record any issues I have had are not his fault they are corporates fault themselves. I stay because of Paul not because of Goin Postal. Thank you Paul”

“DMV CUSTOMERS: GO HERE.
The Walgreens next to the DMV is nice but their document printing system is terrible. Took thirty seconds in here and the gentlemen inside were exceptionally courteous. Highly reccomed the extra 3 minutes of driving if you're trying to get docs for the DMV.”

“My daughter and I needed to have fingerprints done so I had mine done at a different UPS store in Middleburg and I had a lot of trouble doing my prints. I didn't have anyone help me at all. Today my daughter needed hers done and we happened to be close to the old bay baymeadows location so we went here. She's only 18 so I knew she was going to need help so I went in with her. I got her logged in and the employee Jasmine walked over and did her part finishing the login process and checking my daughter's IDs. Jasmine stayed and helped with the entire fingerprint process without us even asking. It only took less than 10 min to get in and out where as mine took me 30 minutes and a lot of frustration. Thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond to help my daughter making her process so much easier.”
