“I needed a prescription urgently as my dog began experiencing seizures, and I quickly discovered that many local pharmacies did not have the medication in stock. Those that did were unable to fill the prescription the same day. I reached out to Bluebird Pharmacy, who was incredibly understanding of the situation. Dr. Tran expedited the process and had the prescription ready within just a couple of hours. Dr. Tran’s compassion and dedication to his work are truly commendable. I sincerely appreciate his help and commitment—thank you again!”

“I dropped off a pre-labeled package here and it was fine. You need to go inside to the photo lab and give it to a staff member to scan. They didn’t provide a receipt and I didn’t get a notification of the drop off so I was a bit worried. It took a whole day for the package to start tracking and it arrived fine.”
“I called CVS and had to leave a message. I got a call back within 5 minutes. I was checking on a prescription. I was told express scripts had to submit an override. The young lady said she would take care of it. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call that she had the override. She stated my prescription would be ready in a hour.”

“Just had a 10/10 experience going to Walgreens today. “Zac” is a shift lead or cashier at this store and three times I have seen him step beyond the call of customer service and have a genuine and fun conversation with his customers. Without a doubt this man deserves a raise and recondition. There are not many people left in the world who treat people like he does. Walgreens, don’t lose this man, he is a golden ticket.”
