“10/10 WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND.
We took our new to us 2008 Fleetwood Icon Class C motor home to them for an alternator replacement, trans flush, brakes and vehicle inspection. We took it to them yesterday at 9 and it was serviced and road ready by 4pm. Excellent communication with the front of the house. Shout out to Becca!!! and Eileen. Fair price for superb service. Repairs reported to Car Fax and a 2 year warranty provided by the Shop
We had 2 extremely costly services performed by a local RV shop and a shop in Sarasota and the incorrect transmission fluid, was coolant was just water and we were charged for parts and services not performed.
RACE READY did an incredible job and our motor home is now safe, properly serviced and travel ready. The Mercedes diesel engine just purrs.

“I am sharing my experience with Avenue garage because I feel they deserve to be recognized For navigating through some challenging things and putting up with me along the way.
I have a 2008 custom Bentley and it demonstrated some significant problems that needed to be addressed. It would be very easy to not be OK with the process from a customer point of view. So for somebody like me to say, I’m impressed with how they navigated through. Getting my car to behave is kind of a big deal.
I think when I look back on the experience, I would say under normal circumstances it took way longer than it should’ve to get this dealt with. That’s too easy. Yes, it did take a while to get everything resolved, but they never stopped until they got there. Kept me informed, even though I know they would have preferred not to call me. The most important thing is they never gave up. They got it done and they acted like it mattered as much to them as it did to me. That says a lot to me.
Relationships are everything to me and I certainly didn’t know where to take a car like that. So, the fact that they worked as hard as they did to make sure I was happy when they We’re done Was very important to me.

“I called John on sunday and he answered the phone I told him my issue with my truck's transmission would not shift talk to him on the phone seemed like a really nice guy, joking around and telling stories on the phone. He told me to have it brought to his shop and he would look at it monday morning. I called him at 8:30. He said he was already working on it.And that it might be something simple. He called me twenty minutes later, told me it was fixed and I can come get it the cost would be $20 and the diagnosis was a bad relay. Normal places would have charged, at least a hundred and fifty dollars.Just for the hour of checking it over plus the cost of the relay with an upcharge. John is honest, man, great to talk to. I highly recommend anybody that has transmission issues to bring their vehicle to john. I am a local handyman and really needed my truck. Thanks john”
