This store is well organized to help you but you should make an appointment or you may wait over an hour to speak to someone. It's also much better to go to the store than talk to the phone support as they always mess up my account.

Needed to drop off a wifi box and they have a table set up outside with someone to help you instead of waiting in the long line outside.
