Boost Mobile offers a friendly and supportive experience. A staff member helped a customer who had been with Sprint/T Mobile for 27 years switch to Boost Mobile. The staff made the switch easy and found savings. Another customer praised a young gentleman who was polite, kind, extremely helpful, and personable. He answered all questions, looked up information, offered a chair and water, and helped transfer the phone while caring for a heart condition. The staff also saved the store number in the phone for future help. A staff member explained plans and phones clearly, giving a pleasant visit. Customers consistently rate the customer service very high and would return for any phone issues.

Jordy is great! Spent a lot of time out of his morning checking over a million things for me to just find a phone for me. Didn't get angry, didn't hesitate for a single second to make sure my needs were met. Great store and even better staff!
