“Their products are not the same run of the mill vacuums you find in other stores. Richard’s has quality products. But just as important as their products is their staff. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They spent time with us going through everything we needed to know. We would highly recommend them.”
“Got a brand new federator, I’m paying on hopefully I can put cash also on it besides the payments of making the like less than the payments we’ll see how it goes, but they were very professional and I have a brand new fridge. it wasn’t easy getting in my house, but they got it in. There’s a dent on the left bottom side and a few scratches but that it’s it’s fine so but I’m the one that wants them to put it in so now I found a little minor scratches here Door frame the doors but other than that it’s it’s I’m not gonna know worry bad little bit of scratches that you can barely see. There’s some in the plastic too so that’s from manufacturing and that’s not from them so oh no it was excellent experience highly recommend them. Haven’t got the kit for the icemaker warm maker yet, but I will soon but so far so good nice and calm make a little noise sometimes”

He also helped with looking up the difference between two model numbers so I could make the best purchase for myself and got me all checked out. Also recommended a product to help extend the life of the metal for my outdoor fans. Purchased 3 of the Bombay models.”

“I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and the product was on the way and will probably be delivered tomorrow. Customer service rep was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Will use again, and highly recommend.”

“I came in for a special item, so special that many stores don't have them on hand, and if they do, they only have a few.
I think I was helped more this time than I've ever been helped at any HomeDepot. Her name is Toni and she works the front .. either a register or a manager there. She initiated the help in her own, and when the product wasn't locked in front where it was supposed to be, she went looking at the several places throughout the store where it could be.
She didn't peek, she searched .. over 30 minutes trying to find one of the 6 that were supposed to be there.
When she gave up the search, she decided to contact another close store.
Good thing we both had patience, because they left her on hold for a good while. She hung up and called back, talked to a manager, and got left on hold AGAIN .. I'm talking about 15+ minutes just to see if they had a product .. could've taken less than 5 minutes.
They had one, and saved it aside for me, so it's a good story ending, but the hour trying to find it, was a bit much .. I'm so glad it was Toni who helped me, because she went above and beyond!”
“James is my go to guy for EVERYTHING! He has helped me with my new kitchen appliances and pointed out the beautiful color juniper set they have! He’s helped me with computers, TVs, speakers, and literally anything else I need. He’s so knowledgeable and always has the perfect input with great interior design and what’s the new best thing.
