“In all the years I have lived in this area this store is hands down the best furniture store in the area with a fantastic team! Matt, Caleb, Phillip really pulled out all stops to help me get a recliner prior to my major surgery unfortunately it could not be delivered in time to help me with my rehab. So i returned when I was first able now not needing a recliner they found be a great sectional and delivered it promptly.Because of the surgery the Couch turned out to be too low a seating position that I was unable to get in or out of it comfortably and with out considerable pain.I went back to the store on the second day of too much pain and explained the situation. Matt the 'big dog' along with his crew Caleb and Phillip came up with an awesome swap that will be deliver early next week. I couldn't be happier with the service.Most stores in the area would have laughed me out of the store. had I explained my predicament to them. Matt and his awesome team demonstrated so much compassion and empathy for my situation. listened and came up with an out of the box solution for me.
