“After having a bad experience with customer service at the Bank of America, I came to my other bank at Chase and asked for a teller to help me with a notary. The wait was very short as I was a walk-in, and the guy who assisted me was so kind so passionate with a kind demeanor, very professional on what he does I explained to him how I was treated at the other bank with tears in my eyes and he was so compassionate and told me there was no reason why they could not notarize my documents as they were court order documents within minutes he notarize them and I told him thank you I want y’all to know that this guy could have changed my life today just by his kindness and I want to thank the bank and this associate by writing this review. Thank you Louis F. Gugliara for not only being a professional associate with chase but also for being so kind when a customer is at an unknown breaking point.”

“Account changes were handled professionally, although it did seem to take an inordinate amount of time for the associate to deposit a check and get our cash back to us, especially as the branch wasn't what I would consider busy. Thankfully we do most of our banking online so visits to an actual branch are rare.”
