“I received a scam call claiming they are from social security and they need me to empty my bank account. I knew it must be a scam so I conferences in this local branch and the amazing employee, Crystal, who answered the line went above and beyond. She got a New Smyrna Sargent on the line who helped and got the scammer to confess it's a prank call. Luckily, I was aware it was a scam, but someone who's elderly may not have . This employee is a great asset to Chase. I truly hope she is commended for her quick action to protect her customer!”

I went to sign up for an account today And spoke to a woman over the phone that was not nice, That’s all I’m going to say about that. Now I have some good stuff to say, Amanda came in after my phone call and had amazing customer service. She was kind, professional, and beautiful inside and out. I went from feeling a little disappointed to feeling optimistic. It’s amazing how Customer service can affect someone. So cheers to Amanda thank you for being awesome.”
