I knew it must be a scam so I conferences in this local branch and the amazing employee, Crystal, who answered the line went above and beyond. She got a New Smyrna Sargent on the line who helped and got the scammer to confess it's a prank call. Luckily, I was aware it was a scam, but someone who's elderly may not have . This employee is a great asset to Chase. I truly hope she is commended for her quick action to protect her customer!”
