“Tuffy was trying to charge me 800+ to replace my brake pads and rotors and probably would’ve taken them 2+ hours. I bought my own brake pads and rotors online and Jack got there to install them at 11, and was finished by 11:50! He charged me 150 for labor, I ended up saved about 600+ dollars!!! This dude is awesome.”

“I had a problem with the transfer case on my truck and needed it fixed , i was referred to this shop and went by to talk to them. Explained my problem and what i needed done . The guys in the shop were extremely helpful with finding a replacement part. Set me an appt, i dropped my truck off with them on the day of my appt . Not only did they make the requested repairs but they ended up finding another problem with my wiring harness. They diagnosed it and repaired it , and the whole job still didnt exceed the original estimate. And i still got my truck back the same day. Quality work. Knowledgable and honest technicians. And exemplary customer service are just a few things i experienced here. Would give 10 stars if i could .”

“I received an astronomical price from the dealership where I get my oil changes done. They wanted to replace more than what was actually needed. I drove my car straight home and called mr Chuck. He quoted me a fraction of the price so I dropped it off. He told me what was actually wrong and the parts that needed replaced. Fixed my car before I had to leave for vacation. Dealing with Mr Chuck is like talking to a friend. He is very caring, honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. “I purchased a vehicle from another dealership a week later the vehicle had an issue I brought it back to the dealership where I purchased it. They had it for a week with a lot of false promises till the day came that the "new" service manager called and told me they had sold the dealership to come pick up my vehicle they would not work on it. I was in a frantic mode and called Ford of Port Richey I was connected with a service advisor by the name of Nathaniel he was absolutely amazing right out the gate. He assured me if I got the vehicle to him he would have the problem diagnosed in a timely manner, he not only had the problem diagnosed he had the problem fixed in less than a week. Nathaniel has passion for his job and his loyalty to customers is outstanding. He kept in touch every step of the way. He is an asset to the Ford family. “All car dealerships have their scam deals with nitro air and protection packages and so on. They want to beef up their revenue. A typical term is "we recommend" however, in the end, you only need to follow the manufactures service booklet. Yet, forgetting about all of those issues, I do have to admit, the service department of this dealership in Port Richey is absolutely top notch. And because of this, I would drive from Largo to Port Richey for all of my service on my Subaru Ascent. I could have returned to a local Subaru dealership in St. Pete. They proved to me on more than one occasion they could be trust worthy and I never had one issue with my vehicle after having them conduct the regular maintenance. After every visit, I felt secure in knowing I would not have any trouble with my Ascent. And, I did not! The other important issue I noticed was the Service Department employees appeared very happy in their positions. Lots of smiles, sharing information and so on. And when they approach you, in the waiting area, they are friendly and professional at all times. While I am not a fan of Lokey's other dealerships (Nissan and VW) in Clearwater, I have to give a big shout out for the Subaru dealer in Port Richey.”
