Employees talk to long with customers. I was next in line, had a 15 minute wait to ask a simple question. Then Employee did make an effort to look for what I was asking for. She responded with a quick no. Terrible service.

The branch manager is useless! I went in there to ask about an estate account and he said it couldn't be done out of state. He was totally wrong.

Fired a 15 year employee that was so helpful to me and had me transfer my accounts to their bank. Managers ego should not be tolerated when making these bad moves. I will be leaving Chase Bank
