“They had the breaker I was looking for. Fast service. The prices were expensive for the breaker though a QO2020 single pole tandem breaker for $50 a breaker. I went home later and found the same breaker for $31 on amazon. While I'm happy I found the breaker I had been searching all over town for I can't say I was thrilled with the price paid for it.”

“New to community we decided to buy all new appliances from the community. Walked in and was immediately greeted. The store showed me what the large venues could not. Service, variety, and definitely a choice. We explained our dilemma with our new home and what we were shopping for. A refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Prices were clear the young man showed me features of the various brands. Microwave and oven were easy. The refrigerator was a bit more difficult one was on sale and I am a sucker for a sale. But once home and delivery occurred I realized refrigerator was an error. After some discussion it didn't take long to exchange out my error with a more practical version for the older me. I love my new appliances they all speak to me!!!! Yes they are cheering to be in a household led by me!”

“I had an issue with the return. My video game that I bought for my daughter for Christmas was still in the original plastic wrapping. But the game was missing so of course, when I took it back, this was gonna be a difficult situation to explain. But Chrissy, Nick, and Kendrick, all worked very hard by putting me on the phone with guest relations. They were able to work through the difficulty of dealing with a unique situation. I was pleasantly surprised that it was able to return the game and get a new one. Thank you for all the hard work.”

“The staff are so polite and kind. I am a regular at this specific store (its only 3 minutes from where I live possibly less) who is developmentally disabled and lives in a group home yet they always go the extra mile to smile and help me and my less high functioning members of the house feel comfortable and they always accommodate our disabilities when we come. For instance some of us have trouble counting and it makes my day to see them not treated rudely or rushed because of their disabilities. I think the staff here are exemplary and very patient and we need more people in customer service like them.”

“This is our second purchase from a Jetson TV and Appliance. A few year ago we purchased a built in microwave that has been great. Most recently we purchased a Samsung Electric Range with Airfryer. We had looked at a similar one at one of the big box stores, but was more than we wanted to spend. We went to Jetson on US1 in PSL and looked at some different options with Clayton, one of Jetson's Product Experts. He was very knowledgeable and took us to show us some items that were brand new but reduced in price for various reasons. He showed us the upgraded version of the range we wanted (but was too much at the other store) plus this one came with the airfryer basket and a porcelain griddle. ( It supposedly had a small dent, only visible at certain angles but after cleaning it at home, never saw the dent and it was $300 less than the lower version at the big box store.) Plus their 5 year extended warranty was only $129, and they have their own service team. Clayton was awesome. Delivery and haul away awesome too- next day service. Check them out you won't be disappointed and ask for Clayton”

“I've been here a few times and I must say I don't understand the negative review unless it was before the new manager? I came in here recently for a passport photo. I met the store manager who seems to be out in front of the store a lot since a lot of the time I come in and he's there. He offered to take my picture myself but then the photo lady came back from break. Additionally, I've seen the store manager, I think his name is Scott Libby, help numerous customers find certain products they could not find on their own. Scott never boasts on who he is, or use his position as a authoritative advantage. The store is clean all the times I've been in. I would come back again to use Walgreens for my needs. I actually was impressed enough to switch over to their pharmacy and my primary drug store.”
