“The night before my daughters birthday I am putting together a new bike for her that we had order offline and picked up in store. While assembling there was an issue with the bike. Called the store and the manager Scott was extremely helpful. I brought the bike back for an exchange and when I got there the bike was upfront and waiting for me. Thank you to Scott and team!”

“The staff at this location were extremely kind and helpful in trying to help me with an exchange for a pair of shoes that I bought at a different FF location (I needed a different size). The system said there was a single pair in the store in the size I needed and 2 different staff members spent a significant amount of time trying to help me find them and then also to look up my receipt when I realized that I forgot it at home (whoops!). In the end, I had a successful exchange and walked out with the shoes I wanted.”

“This store is clean and the service is great and deserving of five stars. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes for running and even did a scan of my feet, which was cool! But- I do want to warn my fellow introverts that this is not a place to go and pick shoes off the shelf to try on independently. They get them for you and help you tie and untie them. Great for most people but I found it a little overwhelming.”
