This place is hardly ever open for the working class. When they are open.....very poor customer service

Rob the Verizon Manager was an AMAZING help and did everything he could to get me to where I needed to be with the my account! When you go in ask for Rob or his associate David if rob any available!

Came in first to get a new phone and the process was so seamless. Jamal helped me and he was great! Just went in again to get a new case put on once again seamless was helped right away. Super professional there and recommend for all of your wireless needs
