“This place has the very best customer service I've ever experienced ANYPLACE! Way back in 11/2014 we bought an expensive all aluminum powder coated/baked lanai table and chairs from the store owners then. About a year ago it started to have some paint issues. I asked about touch up paint and one of the current owners advised me that it was guaranteed for 10 years and after some contact with the producer, I received a brand new set! Recently I replaced my old noisy pool pump with a new variable speed unit. One month after installation, it was running but not sucking water. I called the office at 4:20 on the Friday before Memorial Day and in 20 minutes there was the installer at my home. The problem was a connector had cracked so it was sucking air. He didn't have the needed parts with him so promised to return Monday (Memorial Day) and was here early in the day and did the repair. I go in about every two weeks to have my water tested and am always greeted in a friendly manner and taken care of ASAP. Always good advice on what to do or what I need and never any high pressure. Doug has done all my installations and top notch.”
