“We purchase a sofa with the speaker system expecting it to be surround sound as inddicated. Very dissatisfied with the sound it produced. Call them and they sent their tech out right away, but that didn't help as it had a factory defect. When we asked to trade for something else, Maggie went to their CEO and asked for a trade. He approved and we were able to pick out another style sofa and chair we both love. They are our go to store. Thanks to all that made our unpleasant time turn to a great time.”
“I am very pleased with the service we got from the salesman and delivery guys. The fireplace cabinet looks great especially since the delivery guys caught a piece that was wrongly assembled and were able to correct it on the spot.
The salesman got a bundle of discounts for us since we purchased all that we did. I am still waiting on a table that was backordered .”

We love the TV stand we purchased for our large TV. The Ashley store also had great prices compared to other furniture stores in the area. Next time I am looking for furniture, I will start with Ashley. Linda, who works at the checkout desk at the Port Charlotte store, was so pleasant and helpful with our delivery set up. “Ulysses was very helpful as we selected a new mattress. It will be delivered tomorrow, old mattress removed and new mattress set up. I am short at 5ft 2 inches so I requested that the bed be no higher than 2 feet. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow.”
