“The absolute best Publix I have had the pleasure of shopping at! All of the staff are pleasant and attentive. You can tell the management treats the staff well because there is very little turnover. I actually feel like I'm visiting with friends when I shop since I've gotten to know a lot of the employees over the years and have watched some of the kids who work there mature into productive adults.
Oh yeah, I should mention the food is always fresh and the shelves are well stocked.”
“Best place for quick food purchases at best prices...period !! Bought pork loin and Atlantic salmon. Both were excellent...but the "cook" had a lot to do with that !! Their house brand of cocktail sauce is one of the best you'll ever find ! Their Norwegian Atlantic salmon is excellent, as are their specialty crackers .”
“I love this store. It reminds me of a mini Wal-Mart. They have practically everything you need, in a much smaller building, making it ALOT quicker to get in and get out. Prices aren't much different either. Cashier's are friendly and the store was clean.”
“I have favorite things I get at winn dixie.the bogo fruit I always have and use with breakfast..I only had one bad experience with the grocer brand green tea. I took a glass one morn to take pills.and I took one drink and it was horrible like possibly they had cleaning solution left in bottle and filled it with tea. I took it back and told them they need to check the others.all I know is I was sick for a week and too weak to get to dr.”
“Don’t know anything about it other than that I’m glad I stopped in the nice lady was closing I Walked up and asked if she would make me a Carne Asada burrito and she was more than happy to accommodate me and they have pickles spears pickle spears fresh Chris refreshing pickles I like a place that gives you a paper so that was a good surprise of just it was awesome great place to stop”
“From a Smart Shopper......There was an article by someone recently comparing Walmart to Aldi prices.which is close by....I didn't know this.....When you check the price per pound or ounces to both, Walmart is usually cheaper. on the majority of items.......”
“Came in today to get some household essentials and when I walked in I was greeted by a very nice woman. Continued my shopping and as I was going to check out she came and assisted me right away. Very kind, personable, with an amazing personality. She treated me very kindly. Even assisted with loading my cart with my items. I have to say this was a great experience and she made my day much better. (She is from Kentucky, I don’t remember her name) However, I have to say that she deserves recognition. Simple customer service skills like hers go a long way. Thank you for making my day with your kindness! ?”
“Tonight, I had to reach out to the Publix located in Punta Gorda for assistance. For privacy purposes I can't explain the issue. Only that my mother was very sick and needed items from the store. Frustrated with delivery services due it being a late hour. I had help from an assistant manager Joey. He was able to help me come up with a solution. I just had to write a review that he was a life saver. I truly appreciated his kindness and help. Thank god for people like him!”

“Friendly staff, not the cleanest local & a U turn is required before turning in if your heading north but they took major damage from Hurricane Ian & the Rd works not their fault. Always good gas prices as well.?”
