“Had a short circuit on our air handler on 09/05 in the evening, thin but very burned smelling smoke filled out unit. I called emergency maintenance line and 911. Fire dept confirmed the short circuit was the source of the smoke and smell, no actual fire was seen. Jefferson from the emergency maintenance called me back to check if we are all safe and advised he'll fix the issue on 09/06. He did an exceptional job in fixing the air handler. He was also very polite and knocks on the door every time he comes back in even if told there is no need to knock. He also replaced the filter. Jefferson is an outstanding person who knows very well how to use his expertise.”

The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is truly the best — quick to respond and willing to help with anything, big or small. From helping me reinstall a smoke detector to addressing a roof leak after a hurricane, they were always reliable. The community is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. I highly recommend Windsor Club to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.”

“I highly recommend these apartments! Overall, we had a very positive experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. Whenever we had any issues or something needed to be fixed, the staff always responded quickly and took care of everything.
Even though we had some problematic neighbors, the staff still tried to help and do something about the situation. We really appreciate that!💛
