“So I must say after the awful experience we had at our last apartment complex. I wasn't sure what we would get. But with the wonderful stuff in the office and the maintenance team it has been wonderful so far. Tim was so helpful with move in process and answering all questions and was completely honest with us. So we decided to move and and I can say i don't regret it. The maintenance team are down to earth and are willing to help. And if they can't they get whatever vendor is needed quickly. I would suggest anyone I know to move in here!”

“Apartment and property over all has been good. No issues and the few times we have needed maintenance they have came and done their job. It’s pretty quiet we don’t really even hear our neighbors wether is day or night. Now the only issue we have is we have kids playing soccer and football in parking lot where maintenance garage is at, with no care as to who’s car they hit with the balls. As well as running into the cars and touching everyone’s cars. When told to not hit the cars with the balls they say they don’t care and continue to kick ball around as if they are in a soccer field. Yes, we have notified office but these kids continue to play where tenant and visitor cars are parked and nothing gets done.”
