“Got a battery it was installed quickly and professionally just wanted it to be done but the tech had to test this and that and it just aggravated me more cause I was already aggravated having to buy a 250.00 dollar battery as it was. The tech was nice and polite but I was hot aggravated and just wanted my battery changed not tested and having to do this and that when I knew it was I needed a new battery. My low rating was just because I was mad it was not the store or the tech it was my being mad at the whole situation and me being very hot and hungry and just wanting to get the replacement done without all the testing ect.”

“Dennis was awesome! Told me he had my part, when I first called, and said I could pick it up anytime. I shared which day I would be making the trip, (160 miles RT), and hung up. On that day, he called me @8:00 a.m., and warned me of very bad weather in his area. I was amazed at his thoughtfulness! I went the next day, got my part at a very reasonable price, and he disposed of the old part for me. All staff were friendly as well. Would not hesitate making another trip, if needed. One of my vehicles had a check engine light come on over the weekend. As this occurred after getting gas, I asked the store staff if a new gas cap would fix the problem. The gentleman at the counter offered to run diagnostics.
When I returned with the car a young women ran the diagnostics which came back with several possible options. I purchased a gas cap which resolved the issue.
Very satisfied the service.

“Great place to find parts!! Starter in my car began going bad, so I called the dealership. The new starter was $800+ and needed to be ordered. So, I called AutoZone $330+ core & needed to be ordered online for shipping to store of my choice. Wasn’t happy with those prices or options so I looked into used parts. Found a like-new starter off a car with 33K miles for $80! Customer service was excellent over the phone and in person. Starter was brought out in less than 10 minutes, I was totally expecting to wait 30-40. I would give Gagles 10 stars if it was an option. Thanks again guys, you will always be my first call for used parts!”
