“It was raining hard in Frisco (Brandon) when I brought the ‘16 Tahoe in for an estimate. After waiting for the rain to stop, it became clear it wasn’t going to stop. Tyson used a piece of corrugated as an umbrella to look at the hood in a rain storm. The Tahoe needed the hood repainted & several small dents removed. Tyson gave me a fair estimate which included taking the hood down to metal, resealing, repainting & clear coat - then blending into the fenders.
Although the weather could have significantly delayed the delivery, the Custom Classics team was able to deliver the finished product (abet in the rain) a couple days before it was promised. Brian, the front office guy, not to be outdone by Tyson, walked with me in the pouring rain to get the vehicle.
Once home, I was better able to visually inspect the job. The hood & fenders looked outstanding. Nice work guys!”

“Had a flat tire emergency in Brandon Florida. Pulled into pep boys close to closing . Abel said don’t worry I would be glad to fix your tire . After inspection he explained it wasn’t fixable and showed me why . He offered me a price in a new tire . I was hesitant because I wasnt prepared . Then he said I can give u a price and put your spare tire on for you . He was so nice and helpful I just decided to put two new tires in the rear . While I was checking out to leave another man come in after closing . He had an emergency flat with no spare . Abel said no worries we will help u even though we are closed . This kind of costumer service is hard to find anymore . Thank you for turning my bad situation into a smile and good experience”

“My car battery died while I was at Walmart Market Place in Valrico. My roadside service came and gave me a jump and he said it was probably just a dead battery. So I went to Advanced Auto in Brandon, which I have been to before and gotten good service so I went back again. I went in and Steven helped me right away. Came out to my vehicle with his battery checker thingy (lol) and it was differently the battery. We went back in he checked his computer and they had it in stock and went out and changed it out very quickly. And I was back on the road.

“I needed to replace my tires. I was able to order them online and setup an appointment to install them. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and about 30 minutes later they had replaced my tires. Great service. Super fast! Would definitely recommend.
UPDATE: they also refunded for parts they had charged me that I ended up not needing. Thank you for being honest.”
