“I've been dealing with O'Reillys for decades. Some I just refuse to go to but Valrico might be the best one I've been to. The customer service and friendliness is top notch.”

“The Store manager saved our little car today where a wire was broken and the strap was missing around the battery. He fixed it in less than an hour, and it was way more and above than what we ever expected. Thank you so much Auto Zone for having the knowledge and ability to do way more than just look at the car and say you need this”

“I had a great experience here after a hard day. I tried to go and change a tire somewhere else but they told me I needed a new rim. After calling 8 other companies I spoke with Norman of Brandon Auto and he told me they had the piece for a great price and that I could come right in to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and Norman helped me the rest of the way. He even gave me paper towels to hold the rim to avoid my hands from getting dirty. This place has it all, including a great, informative staff. I will be back and advise others to do so as well.”

He has saved us hundreds and hundreds of dollars just by giving us great advice. We will always continue to use the store and refer to our friends.”

“The guys at the store are helpful and friendly. Even though there is an advanced right by my house, I always make it a point to wait until I’m in Brandon if I ever need anything. Highly recommend the store!”
