She helped me identify the best product I needed for my car and I was more than willing to pay for a higher end product because how she explained things to me. And then I needed guidance and help with installation and regional trainer Mr Yosnel Martin who was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty. He was a consummate professional and helped me tremendously and he did this with so much patience and a smile. As a result of his help I needed up buying two more parts for my car.
