“Dennis was awesome! Told me he had my part, when I first called, and said I could pick it up anytime. I shared which day I would be making the trip, (160 miles RT), and hung up. On that day, he called me @8:00 a.m., and warned me of very bad weather in his area. I was amazed at his thoughtfulness! I went the next day, got my part at a very reasonable price, and he disposed of the old part for me. All staff were friendly as well. Would not hesitate making another trip, if needed. “I had always heard the hype about Napa being better than the other stores (you know the ones) and people swear by them, but I had never tried them. At least from my experience, they were right. Now keep in mind at any store your experience can vary from visit to visit - because you can get different associates and let's face it, they are not all created equal. I can only judge based on my recent visit (actually 2 now) and I was very impressed by the cashiers - and I am not easy to please. The guys that were there the last hour saturday were really helpful - went out of their way really; friendly, courteous, respectful, and if they didn't know something, instead of I don't know, they proactively tried to find out. It was sooooo different from the big W where 'I don't know' or 'no anglais' are rampant responses. And I mean all these guys did was do their job; it's just that in the age we live in now, that's considered exceptional (sad isn't it). But they were really good. The only reason I give 4 stars has nothing to do with the folks that work there - corporate won't staff enough of them. Compared to their competitors, the store falls way behind them in terms of wait time, depending on whether or not they are busy. So if your time is valuable to you, I would go during a non-peak time for sure. The staff they do bother to employ appear to be top notch.”
