“Very impressed with the quality of customer service. Adriane is extremely friendly and helpful. And we were impressed with their level of organization for a junk yard. We have gone to other yards that really do not know what they have and it is very hit or miss on what we were looking for!”

“I had an amazing experience with Robert at AutoZone! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me with my battery issues. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my battery and even scraped off the battery acid buildup for me. Robert provided excellent customer service in Florida 100 degrees weather and truly went the extra mile. I’m very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs assistance at AutoZone. Thank you, Robert, for taking such great care of me!”

“These guys are phenomenal: quick, efficient, friendly and reasonable prices. They specialize in electronics. We made an appointment for the next day. They took us right when we walked in and got us out in an hour. To install an Engine On/Off bypass switch, which I bought elsewhere. Very clean store and waiting area. Left our car clean and spotless. They also install stereos and cameras. I will go back.”

“Good products and greater service. Bought a car battery in 2020 that lasted 6 years. Just replaced with a new one, and the associate that installed it, Jessalynn, was so nice and such an inspiration. It’s really great to see young ladies working on cars, because it gives me the confidence boost to try things myself!”

“I am a career parts professional with a strong background in customer service, I currently work for a company that works on large trucks and fleets. I was traveling thru Riverview and had an alternator fail on me, and immediately googled NAPA. I barely made it to their store. There I found Tommy Simpson the Manager, a true professional in his field, he used his testing equipment to confirm my theory, and looked up what I needed it was in stock. I had an hour wait for my team to show up to do the repair, and Tommy and I got to know each other between his customers, it turns out we have mutual friends. NAPA, you have a keeper in Tommy Simpson, and I highly recommend the Riverview Napa Store.”

“Dennis was awesome! Told me he had my part, when I first called, and said I could pick it up anytime. I shared which day I would be making the trip, (160 miles RT), and hung up. On that day, he called me @8:00 a.m., and warned me of very bad weather in his area. I was amazed at his thoughtfulness! I went the next day, got my part at a very reasonable price, and he disposed of the old part for me. All staff were friendly as well. Would not hesitate making another trip, if needed. Thanks, Dial-A-Part!!!”

“I use them for our shop in orlando, they offer local delivery, full service yard, save us a lot the time vs find parts at DIY yards. I've never visited the yard physcially, but from my past experience, it's a pretty organized and their website are pretty up to date.”
