“This store sent out Damien and Rene to replace a part of the bed that I purchased from American Signature that arrived broken. Damien and Rene went above and beyond. This is my 3rd visit having a repair tech come over to replace the footer of the bed (the first two visits, they tried replacing with another broken piece...different team than today). These guys (who were different from who came before) arrived with the footer and it was not broken or scratched like before. They brought it up my stairs and did not require me to remove my dog gate (the prior repair guys made me remove the gate from the wall which is screwed in which is a PIA). They removed the mattress and frame from the bed without even asking (the prior techs refused to remove the mattress and frame and told me I would have to do it myself since it was purchased elsewhere...it's not easy removing a king size mattress and bed frame all by yourself as you have two strong men watching you but not helping). Damien and Rene were courteous, friendly and professional! Too bad they didn't send these two kind men out the first time I had an issue and then I probably would not have required two additional visits. Thank you!”

“My husband and I met with Nelson Martinez to purchase our furniture. While we do believe our furniture was made well, the cushions had an issue. We contacted the warranty company who denied our claim and then a few months later called and said they were reopening it only to deny it again. I was beyond disappointed. The patio cushions were downright embarrassing the way they looked after one year. We decided to call Nelson, explained the issue and just like our initial purchases he was right on it and in less than a week our replacements arrived. They are a Bealls outlet, so most items have a Florida flavor or theme. The inventory is always changing, so every month they may have gotten in something you didn't know you needed.”

“Every time I shop at Kirkland’s, I hope to see Colleen (a tall blonde with long curly hair) because her customer service is truly outstanding. She pays close attention to detail, makes sure I get the best deals, and always goes the extra mile to support her customers. Colleen even helps me move large items to the front so I can continue shopping and then loads them into my car. This type of customer service is something I rarely experience at other stores.

“I stopped by this shop today (3/16/24) and was amazed! Very nice pieces and great customer service. Met knew manager and I'm assuming the owner. She was very informative and helpful. Gave plenty of information on products offered. They even do classes at a very, very, affordable price ($35 if i heard correctly). Prices vary of course per piece but definitely worth it. You can tell that they put time in to these peices. Also supports veterans and the local VFW. Can't wait to bring the Mrs.!”
“I recently moved to the Tampa area and needed a new couch. I went to at least 6 other furniture stores besides Ethan Allen but ended up ordering from them because of the quality and customization they offered as well as their excellent customer service (which they have won awards for). There were definitely less expensive couches available from the other stores but I know from past experience that it will end up costing more in the long term as the cheaper couches need to be replaced a lot quicker. The options at Ethan Allen allowed me to get exactly what I wanted for length, depth, seat cushion firmness, leg height, fabric, etc. The employees I worked with couldn’t have been more pleasant and patient. I started with Connie, who came to the house and offered beautiful ideas for not only the couch but other decorating ideas for my living room. In addition, one day when I stopped in the store and Connie was off, the store manager, Brigette, spent a lot more time with me than I expected. She helped me find the perfect couch within my budget and turned my shopping experience into a pleasant excursion. I can’t recommend the Brandon Ethan Allen store more!”

It is obvious that the owner is very particular about what items may be displayed, as the selection is superb. The price points are not bad at all. Some of my best pieces are from the Retro Mania Vintage Market .”
“What a delightful shop! Lots of interesting, beautiful, and fun imported merchandise. While browsing with family I saw a beautiful lamp I wanted to purchase. The challenge was how to bring the lamp home to Michigan since I was only on the first leg of my trip Hauling it around was not an option. The owner, Marcus offered to ship it to my home. We arranged to have him send it when I returned from my travels. It arrived in pristine condition. I had a question about replacing the bulb. He responded quickly. “I love going to Ross and searching for the hidden treasure. If you know what you're looking for, you can make some spectacular buys. Right now, I'd probably focus on socks and underwear for resale and cologne for myself. However, everything could be something here. Don't forget to check the homewares, there's some straight deals there.

“Good experience, as with most IKEA stores. On arrival, decide at what point (if any) you will have meatballs, plantballs, salmon or cod (new!) in the cafeteria, which is easily accessible either as you enter or exit the showroom maze upstairs.
Be sure to sign up for the IKEA family program online to claim your free coffee or tea on every visit. As with any cafeteria, don't forget to grab a tray before you get in line. You'll encounter the desserts first, where you may want to consider the curiously good (and not too sweet) Kafferep almond bowtie thingy. Pick up a salad if you want, and head to the steam table for your entree. If that still doesn't look like enough, pick up a garlic toast from the self-serve area. Just before the cash register remember to get a cup for your hot or cold beverage (which you will fill after paying).
If you wait to eat until after checkout, you can get a quick hot dog or slice of pizza in the bistro downstairs (not to mention ice cream).
Wind your way through the showroom upstairs and see all the things, making note of the bin location for large items you want to pull from the warehouse shelves downstairs (just before the registers). Look at the staged rooms for ideas on how to use items like shelves & lighting. When you're done with the showroom upstairs, head the the downstairs maze to pick up small items like kitchen doo-dads, lighting, picture frames, shelves, towels, sheets, rugs, fake plants, etc. (placed directly in your cart, like any retail store). Exit to the warehouse area and pick up any flat packed items from the bins you noted earlier (first grabbing a flat cart, if needed). Finally, head to check-out (and, optionally, the bistro).
There is also a food store on the other side of the cash registers where you can pick up some of the same items you saw in the cafeteria, like frozen fish and dessert items. There's a separate self-service terminal in that area to pay for those items.
