“Jonathan and Vince at Mavis on 301 in Riverview Florida will get you right! Bought 4 new tires from Tire Kingdom and back tire needed new valve stem. Couldn’t make it to Tire Kingdom to get repaired so headed to Mavis the parent company. Originally was told by one employee they couldn’t fix it ir allow me to use jack or gun. So i began to change tire myself. Vince came from moving a car and seen me struggling and asked what I needed and why didn’t someone come to assist me. He was heated him and manager Jonathan took care of me and I didn’t have to change tire nor drive to Tire Kingdom for repair! Customer service from Vince and Jonathan was superb! I will be back to do business with them in the future. No doubt!!”

“Firestone got me in the same day (on a Sunday) to replace all four of my tires, even though I ended up needing to call a tow truck when my spare blew on the way there. Brandon was especially helpful — he made sure I got extra things done beyond just the tires, like an oil change, an alignment check, and new windshield wipers. “The service and everything was great , however giving it 4 stars because the 4 tires i got all looked dusty on its sides . Normally when you install brand new tires it has that black shine that this did not. The tire tread was good but this look disappointed me. Cus no matter how much you wash it that look doesnt come. But going to appreciate the service and all . Got good year assurance max life $145 for 4 tires and tax fees everything came down to $573 after the discounts . If the tires looked shiny i would have absolutely loved it!”
“I have been using Firestone Auto Care for decades. I found the Bloomingdale location is easier to schedule an appointment than my local Big Bend location. When I take my car to the dealership and I am always given a list of things that need repair. Unless I know there is an issue ahead of time, I get a second opinion from Firestone. The $10 inspection is well worth it to confirm or deny what the dealership claimed as a necessity. I find that the Bloomindale location is honest and don't have the up sell tactics like the dealership. I appreciate Firestone for this honesty. And I trust this Firestone location.”

I try to put in a pick up order in and product is our of stock. but you go into the store and long in behold they have what you want and alot of it. wanted to put in a order for today. no sams brand papertowels in stock. go in and they have more than enough. why? Just Why? come on sams ❤️ ya but do better”
“Robbie is a life saver. I took an 8 inch bolt through the tire that ripped out the entire sidewall, 15 minutes before closing. We were traveling on vacation. He stayed late and got us back on the road, saving our vacation.”
