“I recently had my engine and transmission replaced by this shop, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, the first engine they received from the supplier turned out to be bad. While that obviously wasn’t ideal, it was completely out of their control. What really stood out to me was how they handled the situation.
Jason communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on what was happening and what the next steps would be. As soon as the issue was identified, they moved quickly to get a replacement engine ordered and installed. I never felt left in the dark, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
Their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness showed me they stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing major repairs done right.”
“Matt really helped me out with an absolute nightmare of an insurance claim. Carvana sold me a sour lemon and Matt was the mechanic I chose through the warranty process and boy and I glad I did! I can’t tell you how many hours this man spent on the phone dealing with the agency for me and spending time that frankly he wasn’t being paid for to petition for a full repair rather than a partial fix that they proposed. “Took my car in for the first time the other day. I went in for an oil change, but I noticed that it was leaking oil. They looked at it promptly and they told me all It was was a loose oil filter and they fixed it. Nice to find a company that is honest. I'll be coming back a long time customer.. I highly recommend them 5 star. FYI if anybody has a Range Rover or a Land Rover They work on them as well. That's what brought me to them.”

He did such an excellent job I brought my vehicle back for the rear rotors and brake pads to be replaced. “After having my oil changed at SunToyota who failed to diagnose the obvious cantered rear tire that was seen by technician when I drove into service area for oil change but they managed to come up with $9k of other repairs they said were needed. The next day I took my car to Chrisitan Brothers. I thank each and every person who treated me with respect and happily went over every issue that Sun Toyota had listed for repair. Most importantly they repaired the bent strut that was the cause of the cantered tire.
I highly recommend this business. I am so happy that I found out about them through the Costco membership service discount.
