“Rented RV for a week from G&M/ Cruise America. The RV had a few mechanical issues and I wish I could say it worked as hard as Pauline, customer service at G&M (for CA.) to make us happy.
She was so efficient and customer oriented she even gave us her personal cell phone so we could stay in touch with her because we had problems with the vehicle from the first day. The only reason I give G&M 5 ⭐️ is Pauline and her Outstanding service. She knows her business n offered us a credit for the nights without lights in the RV. She checked up on us when we were on the road and I really appreciate that kind of service. It’s rare these days. Pauline is a rockstar!!!!!!”

“These guys were great and we didn't even rent from them. We got a u-haul trailer from a different location that had a tire that was missing a golf ball sized chunk and had a couple of knots that were causing the trailer to violently shake and bounce. Once we figured out it wasn't drivable, we found these guys were closer. Derek took care of us and gave us a whole new trailer and went to battle with corporate to get the exchange done. Super friendly and made sure we were taken care of, even though we weren't customers for that location.”
“Now I can't say enough about that family owned operation. I moved to Riverview now about 6 ago. And I used that location for my uhal pick up. At that time. I met the two brothers and momma of course. And the grandson. He was still in high school ?. Wow how time Flys. And I finally saw the grandson last Saturday after not seeing him run around for about 5 years. If you want a good experience, and a southern family welcome. That's the place to do business with. Every time I go visit. They always remind me of how me and my siblings are tight like glue. Sunrise auto ? thanks again for everything. I'll be back soon. To bring you all a nice sweet gift ? a cake ? from my company Publix. ? who doesn't like our cakes. Thank for the customer service and the family ? atmosphere.”

“Awesome truck, great experience. I purchased a four day, one way rental of a 12 foot box truck. The truck was very new, only 9,500 miles on it. It was a very comfortable 12 hour ride. Truck performed great and the pick up and drop off locations were helpful and friendly.”

“I typically swing by this place to get my backup fumes. Didn’t even notice they had U-Haul til my pick up spot changed. Great location to pick up or drop off but the check out process is a little long due to actually being in a gas station. Other then that good U-Haul carrier”

“Easy drop-off & really good staff! Only "bad" thing is the location made it difficult to bring the truck and car tow back... can't easily make a u-turn with those things so we had to figure out a different way in.”
