“We love this hotel. From the moment you walked in it was bright and clean and modern and it smelled really good. There’s a great lobby with a bar and restaurant and lots of areas to sit and relax or do work. The rooms are wonderful with all the modern amenities and outlets and work spaces you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great with plenty of soft towels and bathroom amenities. The shower had great water pressure.”
“Liveable luxury with gorgeous views of the sunrise. We loved the courtesy car, especially when Michael was driving. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Mikayla who gave us a fabulous impromptu song performance. 👏 The rooms were clean and the mattress was so comfortable. We loved the market. I only have 2 complaints. The cushions on the cabanas by the pool need to be replaced. They were dingy and way too thin. And the housekeeping staff often exudes an attitude as if you are disrupting their day, even if you're just riding in the elevator with them. But, overall a great hotel and one I've already recommended to several people.”
“Dejon was top customer service of the year at front desk! Totally cool dude! Food next door on other hand, limited options even, the girl didn’t even have burgers that were supposedly good— so we ended up getting Wawa!”
“I loved it. Complementary valet parking. We had drinks at the tiki bar before dinner while waiting for a table outside. No wait for inside tables. If you go, check out the restrooms. They are very interesting.”

“Just stayed at the Embassy Suites. Check in was smooth. My King room was outstanding — clean, comfortable, two big TV’s, and the bathroom worked as it should. They have everything you could want, at this hotel — pool, gym, happy hour, and breakfast is included. I highly recommend this hotel. JD at the front desk is invaluable. Give the man a raise.”

“I visited Comfort Inn & Suites with my family, and we had an overall great experience. From the moment we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very professional and attentive, and we were treated extremely well.
Our suite was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed spending the whole day at the pool — it was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The area was also calm and convenient, with many shops nearby.
The breakfast was amazing — and FREE! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it 100%.”

“Been here over 15 times over the years. Great location, great snorkeling with a world class reef almost walking distance. Now has preferred checkIn for owners/platinum Marriott(i am both). Our favorite resort, 2nd only to Ko'olina Hawaii which we are owners. I cook so love the grills but the restaurants are great here also. There's one building, Kingfish, that has an outside lobbies but still great and it's a more quite area than the rest of the resort if you prefer. It also has a restaurant, pool etc.”

“Nothing bad, did the job for a great price would definitely return. Just the lamps by the bed wasn’t working & I had a tub instead of a shower. Bathroom outlets wasn’t working but small things like that don’t matter to me much. I enjoyed my stay”

“We were traveling with our family and really enjoyed this property. It is a special property with a great location, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel is an older property, but it is very well maintained, clean, and feels very safe. They are also doing major renovations, and the improvements look really good. We were impressed with the new design and the work they are putting into the property.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely return on our next trip!”

“We stayed the night in West Palm on the sixth floor, our room was on the sixth floor, and the view out the window was nice. The room had two full sized beds, which was perfect for me and my best friend. There was a good space for us to be able to spread out each one's suitcase without stepping over the other. I used the Crabtree liquid soap, which was included in the bathroom shower, smelled nice and got me feeling amazing just before bedtime. We liked the parking in the back of the building where my best friend could see her car easily. The beds were comfortable with some down pillows which took me a bit to get used to. It's not my fault I prefer firmer cushions. Slept pretty well once the dark shades were in place. There were no loud noises from either the hallways or the road which we overlooked.
Rooms: The room was comfortable and clean.”
