“This hotel deserves 5 Stars all the way across the board. We have been to so many resorts but this one definitely is at the very top. They attend to every need and want and it is truly a magical place from the moment you pull in the Palm Tree lined driveway. The pools, hot tubs and beach are amazing, all the restaurants are fabulous Seafood Bar is our favorite. For after dinner drinks and entertainment you have to go to HMF. The architecture and history is amazing. This place is truly magical and is like a second home to us. We got engaged here earlier this year.”

“This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar in the lobby, also a hotel restaurant. There is an outdoor pool and a gym. I always enjoy my stay here.Rooms: The rooms have a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and TV. The bed was super comfortable and I loved how hot the shower gets.Walkability: Walkable to several restaurants and a shopping center.”

“The Tv in the bathroom is awesome! The food was great and the scenery is amazing. I enjoyed the refreshing water they gave us upon arrival. Don't forget to get your chocolate from the nice cleaning ladies. Bathroom's were clean. The valet was fast. Breakfast was so nice. Both the food was good but the room we ate in was better. Everywhere I looked was beautiful. The servers are friendly.”

“Well maintained and managed facility. We have stayed in many Embassy Suites in numerous locations, this one is at the top. Have you ever ridden the elevator and noticed how dirty the windows were? You will be impressed with the cleanliness of the elevators here. That just sets the standard for the rest of the complex. Great opening statement for a wonderful experience and stay. “The rooms are old and outdated (and damp/somewhat musky) but have everything you need and are spacious. The hotel grounds are amazing, nicely kept with plenty to do. The pool area is very nice, we spent most of out time by it. Breakfast was above average for a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise, though their coffee was trash. You also get a 10% discout at three neighboring restaurants. We love the character and charm of this BW, it's older but we definitely recommend and would return for a future stay. Great location also!”

“This is a newer resort in the area with multiple buildings all on the beach. We were in Dolphin located right next to the check-in and that central location was very nice. Room was OK - bed mattress was firm which was hard on me (as a side sleeper) so I actually started sleeping on the couch instead. Bathroom was fine with huge bathtub for two and a shower that would fit three. Trim is old and poorly done, though, and the shower leaked water on to the floor. On-site restaurant might have been good, but service was pretty bad, including the time we ordered a dessert (don't bother with the key lime pie here) and they forgot to text us when it was ready. Exercise center is good and well equipped, staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly, pools are very clean and warm, hot tubs are thoughtfully designed so a dozen or more people can be in them without being in each others' faces, pretty kid friendly site. Beach is right there and nice but the sand is a bit coarse and steep making it hard to walk at times. Luckily the ocean is so warm (80 degrees in December!) that we could just walk in the waves. Overall, we had a great time and will likely come back again.”

Good rates!Rooms: Big beds, pull out bed couch, small fridge, counter, and microwave. Small bathroom. Desk. Table. Overall nice place.... Best of all has a breakfast bar!Nearby activities: PGA shopping centers, carrabas across the street plus a gym, dollar tree, and big apples pizza.Safety: I think they have surveillance but please double check. I know they have cameras inside so probably definetly outside as well.Walkability: You can walk to where you need. Publix not far along with many other places.Food & drinks: Berry fresh cafe, la bamba, carrabas, big apple pizza and more.”

“Shout out to Ashley Jean and Ericka West! We had a nice stay. Our group booked a total of 7 rooms which made thing a bit more complicated than normal. On Saturday we returned from the memorial service and were locked out of our room. There was a mixup on the room reservation assignments where we were given a room with 1 night and my sister was given a room for 2 nights (though she only needed 1 night). It was easy to happen as we were all on a set of reservations under my name. Since my sister checked out in the am – per the plan – we could have been homeless. Instead, Ashley and Erika found a way to fit us in without asking us to move.”

“I’m going through something extremely difficult. What im going through is a health issue waiting game to see if things work out. My mom took me here to get my mind off things. It was exactly what I needed. Every person I met was kind, genuinely looked happy to work there, and made things so special. And I mean EVERYONE. It felt like a warm environment. The rooms and scenery are just so beautiful. And my God the food is good. Some names that stand out are Pierre, Denise, Martha, Edwin, Abel, and the front desk staff.
