Phil Foster Park is a hidden gem known for its excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities. The park is a popular spot, especially under the bridge, where visitors can snorkel, dive, kayak, and paddleboard. The water is generally warm, around 75 degrees, and the area features an artificial reef offshore that adds to the excitement. Lifeguards are on duty to watch over swimmers and snorkelers, and there are amenities like bathrooms and showers to rinse off afterward. Visitors often arrive early to find parking, as it tends to fill up by mid-morning. The water can be rough at times, especially during high winds, making it less suitable for beginners. While the beach is small and not ideal for lounging, it’s perfect for setting up a picnic and exploring the underwater environment. The formations are man-made, but the variety of animal life—such as spiny lobsters, starfish, barracuda, and many colorful fish—makes it a fascinating destination for nature lovers. Overall, Phil Foster Park offers a memorable experience for snorkelers, divers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Free parking, does get packed super quick though so come early, gorgeous snorkeling. They do have lifeguards. There was a lot of seaweed the day we went but the water was clear and beautiful. Sometimes the current is super strong here so be aware if you're not a strong swimmer.

This was my first time visiting and diving there, parking is very limited and can get rough, I recommend getting there early. The diving was great and I will definitely go back
