The useless phone system hangs up after 1 min if a tech doesn't pick up. Impossible to get in touch with them.

The old lady with the purple hair at the pharmacy window is extremely rude. Should not be interfacing with customers.

The customer service is horrible and they seem so lazy with their responses and not wanting to actually help. They gave me the wrong prescription. It was an old script and not my new medicine.
