Was able to do on line check in and drop off. No waiting at all. Car was right up front. Was not a great car, but satisfied my needs. The weekly rate was cheaper by 20% than a 4 day rental. A little crazy on pricing.

Reserved a vehicle a month before and had everything ready on my end. Got there, no vehicle, wait was long and I had two elderly folks with me, finally got a car and at the exit they said it was assigned to someone already. Would not recommend due to poor customer service.
