“The screen of my Apple Watch came off today and I was really upset since I need it and did not want to spend $300+ on a new one. Before actually going to the store I wanted to check if there is a way to fix it. It was working just fine, just the screen detached. I found Boost Mobile 3 minutes away from my house and decided to go there. The gentleman helping (unfortunately did not ask his name) helped me out and did not even charge for it. Turned out it was a simple issue. I was so relieved and happy and if I have any issues I will be coming only here! Kind people like him make this world better!”

“I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store! From the moment I walked in, Noeila greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel comfortable about switching over. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and really took her time to make sure I understood my options.
What stood out the most was how seen and heard I felt throughout the entire process—she never rushed me and made sure I got the best deal possible. On top of that, she even cracked a joke that made the experience feel relaxed and personal, like I was talking with family.
The rest of the team was just as kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Noeila—you won’t regret it!”

“The five stars are for ELAINE. I went into the Verizon store after a I had my phone repaired at Apple. I was informed that Verizon would need to re-activate my phone and its new SIM card. After going in circles with Verizon customer service on my own, I went into the store and ELAINE was patient enough with me, even though I went into the store pretty upset about my predicament. Apparently business lines are handled differently than personal lines. You must receive a text to verify your identity, but if you are activating a line, how can you get a text??? Elaine called the corporate number and tried every avenue possible to get my line back on. I don't know what the rest of the staff in the store were up to (I was the first and at one point the only customer), but she stayed with me and made sure everything was ok. THANKS ELAINE. I hope you get a raise and whatever shifts your heart desires.”
