“I had a fried modem as a result of a lightning strike a few days ago, but once I made a call to xfinity everything was handled in a quick and seamless manner. “The screen of my Apple Watch came off today and I was really upset since I need it and did not want to spend $300+ on a new one. Before actually going to the store I wanted to check if there is a way to fix it. It was working just fine, just the screen detached. I found Boost Mobile 3 minutes away from my house and decided to go there. The gentleman helping (unfortunately did not ask his name) helped me out and did not even charge for it. Turned out it was a simple issue. I was so relieved and happy and if I have any issues I will be coming only here! Kind people like him make this world better!”

“After visiting 5 different Boost Mobile locations to connect an unlocked iPhone XR and getting no where with their staff I went to this location. YES you read that correctly 5 different locations! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Kim with a big friendly smile, the store was clean, well maintained and it smelled very nice. I explained to Kim my situation and she was quick to get started. She explained to me what she was going to do and how. Long story short she went through 8 different SIM cards until was able to locate the one compatible with my newly purchased IPhone. YES 8 SIM cards ! All while she tended to the phone and other customers. The entire time she was warm and friendly, informative and patient but above all knowledgeable! I left the store extremely satisfied, she restored my faith in Boost after having to deal with5 different incompetent morons all morning long. Kim is the best !”

“I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store! From the moment I walked in, Noeila greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel comfortable about switching over. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and really took her time to make sure I understood my options.
What stood out the most was how seen and heard I felt throughout the entire process—she never rushed me and made sure I got the best deal possible. On top of that, she even cracked a joke that made the experience feel relaxed and personal, like I was talking with family.
The rest of the team was just as kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Noeila—you won’t regret it!”

“The five stars are for ELAINE. I went into the Verizon store after a I had my phone repaired at Apple. I was informed that Verizon would need to re-activate my phone and its new SIM card. After going in circles with Verizon customer service on my own, I went into the store and ELAINE was patient enough with me, even though I went into the store pretty upset about my predicament. Apparently business lines are handled differently than personal lines. You must receive a text to verify your identity, but if you are activating a line, how can you get a text??? Elaine called the corporate number and tried every avenue possible to get my line back on. I don't know what the rest of the staff in the store were up to (I was the first and at one point the only customer), but she stayed with me and made sure everything was ok. THANKS ELAINE. I hope you get a raise and whatever shifts your heart desires.”

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! After having some issues getting my Xfinity WiFi equipment delivered to my condo, I decided to visit the store in person, and I'm so glad I did!
I had the pleasure of interacting with three different employees, and every single one of them was fantastic. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, engaging, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They took the time to assist me, made the entire experience enjoyable, and most importantly, made sure I left with the WiFi equipment I needed!
Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but I hope management sees this review and recognizes the team for their exceptional service. Employees like these make all the difference, and they deserve some recognition for a job very well done.
