In and out within 10 minutes to drop off my equipment and answered my questions about my download speeds and my new monthly bill. Im not sure how the store is in the afternoon when it could be a lot busier but it was refreshing to come to an empty store!”

“I had to go here to get screen protectors for my phone and my husband's phone. I had to wait a few minutes - or more than a few to get help. But once I did, Robert helped me. I will have to have two screen protectors shipped to my house. He seemed to take a longer time than usual to get this done but I need them, so I'm glad I waited. The store is clean and that is a plus. 2nd floor or the Wellington Mall - easy to locate.”

“Well, let me start by saying we had visited the version store close to the Wellington mall- it was terrible - we ended up leaving because of the pisspoor service - neglect , and ignorance of the store employees. Now we visited this store. Mariann greeted us at the door , asked what we needed and we let her know. She helped us while the store was fairly busy. She was able to satisfy our request, assisted us with the purchase and got us out in a timely manner. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She should be recognized for this.
