“Had my first trip to The Laundry Basket. The place is brightly lit and spotlessly clean and the machines are brand new. I happened to go on a Tuesday where the daily special was two dollars off all washes. You can pay by app, card, or quarters. I spoke to Pedro (manager) and Randy (owner) and they answered all my questions and walked me through setting up the app. They were both extremely helpful and friendly.”
“Best cleaners I’ve had! Not only are my clothes always impeccable and don’t have that chemically smell, but all of the staff are kind and friendly!”

“What I can tell you about Spencer is I have never met a man more dedicated to my car than him including myself when he was done. My car was actually better than when I bought it brand new. He spends hours getting it so perfect. It’s almost obsessive. I just don’t know how much more I can say other than that he is the most dedicated to doing a job far above and beyond of anything that I personally or anyone else that I know can expect he is the best there is and I would never let anyone else touch my car going forward and he’s so knowledgeable. Please he’s worth everything.”

“Great service very nice employees clean. Left my clothes to get washed and folded it came out excellent. Next time I will try their new pick up and delivery service!”
“If you have laundry to do, this is the place to do it. You can drop it off or do it yourself.
Machines are clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. If you're lucky, you'll meet Donna. She's the best! Donna makes laundry day fun!”
“Relatively new and nice. 3 things I hate:
1. Bathroom is locked and you have to get the key from the front desk. Germs are now spreading; not everyone washes their hands.
2. There is no space between washing machines and get crowded very fast.
3. They have card a system that uses nfc(near field communication) like all debit cards. I used to tap pay for things, but with both cards in my wallet, I can no longer do that. I have to take out my debit card now. But there are easy work around that, so meh.
Other than that, nice place.”

“Best laundromat I have visited. Not a single machine out of service. Modern washers and driers. Washers have extra wash and rinse options. Air conditioning set at comfortable temperature; even with most of the driers in use.
Attendants greeted me when I entered. Bathroom is clean and stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Outlets available to charge phone.
EDIT: Forget to mention the attention to detail. I visited early in the morning. Every washer not in use had the doors open to air out over night.”
“I came back in town to do a drop off … it have been years and I was disappointed not to see Ms Rhee she use to do a wonderful job . The other lady didn’t want to do my drop off because it was 3hours before closing. But I’m still giving 5stars because Ms Rhee and the owners were nice when I met them years back.”
“I was there 5/05/2026 there was this wonderfull lady name Brenda very professional, polite and very helpful. The laundromat was very clean , love the atmosphere in this laundry mat..keep the good job ? and I enjoy the time while I was waiting .???”

“As someone who values both quality and convenience, finding Premiere Cleaners was a game-changer for me. From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions and offer helpful advice on garment care. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to providing a seamless experience for their customers.”
“Very professional and prompt. Got to work quickly and provided excellent cleaning service. Came full equipped and ready to work. We will use again.Service: Standard cleaning”
“This is the cleanest laundromat in this area! I drive 15 miles, past another one, just to use this facility because it is so great! Staff is always nice and helpful. The owner cares about staff and customers. TV to occupy kids if needed, and a nice covered area outside to walk around while waiting. Highly recommend.”
“They are a little pricy, however the service is good. I've been going to the Lake Worth location since 2007.
Since then I've never had my clothes ruined or missing. I've left a blouse with them for 5 months and it was still there. I highly recommend this place! There's several locations and they do delivery.
What more can you ask for?”

“I have lived in the area for over 20 years. This is the laundry mat of choice. I go in to do comforter or if my washer needs replacement. Lately I have been going because I need to replace washer and dryer. It is a great place and well maintained. I recommend using them.”
“They’re always so nice here, I always use their washing services my clothes are always folded nice and smell amazing! one time i left $50 in my pants and it was returned stapled to the bag ❤️”

“Wow what GREAT customer service I dropped off a suit for a wedding and I really needed it in basically one day they did a wonderful job and I will be a repeat customer because of that! I met the owner who is a family man and I found out he's been there for well over 10 years.”
“Great, friendly service! They support local businesses by allowing them to leave their business cards on display, which I really appreciate! My clothes are always ready on time and super clean! Highly recommend!”
“Needed pants hemmed & an extra hole in my belt. Nancy, the seamstress said that she couldn't put an extra hole in but could cut off part of belt & resew to make belt smaller Was so happy she suggested this & only charged $6. Hem for pants was $15. Completely happy with pricing & Nancy was very helpful & accommodating. I will be going back to her when I need further alterations on other clothes. Can't wait to pick up. Nancy is only there on Thursdays from 9:30 to 12. Therefore, it does take a week to pick up alterations. However, she is very sweet, so am sure if I needed it in less time, she would accommodate. As far as dry cleaning at this place, I have never used them. Again, Nancy is very professional & very cordial & polite.”
“This is a clean and efficient laundromat, I have been coming here for years, great customer service and all the machines are in good condition. The women working here are really nice too, they are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns.”
“Not the 21st century yet. Has a sort of card you purchase from them, like loading cash to a card to use their machines.
I hope they become more digital soon.”
“I come here once every two weeks. There's a Chick Fil A and Subway while you wait, if you want something to eat.
BE ADVISED: They do Close, Earlier than advertised, due to Wash being 30min and Drying 6-min for every 25¢
After 9, 9:30 they'll post a sign stating "Closed" they need to Clean Up too, so don't be upset with that.”
“It was fantastic. To get a service writer who was so knowledgeable and helpful made it so easy
Robb helped with decisions so my car ran beautifully when all was done without breaking my savings.”

“I have been using this service since the new owners took over years ago. They are nothing short of prompt, courteous, accommodating, reasonable price while taking such pride in their work while establishing excellent professional relationships wit their customers knowing our names, along with my specific needs. I would recommend this one location on Southern Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach over any other of their competitors
