“This store location at Hypoluxo Rd., Lake Worth, FL is A+++! I gave them the biggest challenge they've probably ever had - a large dollhouse with many extra additions. These employees wrapped and wrapped and wrapped and it arrived without an issue. That miracle is due to Kim and Muna - two outstanding gals who prepared my dollhouse for shipping with care and patience and kept me informed about the complicated delivery (shipped by freight due to it's size). I sincerely recommend this UPS location for all of your shipping needs. They've really got this!”

This kid was on fire, it was him by himself, and had a line of people, he scanned people with returns while helping me and another gentleman, was on top of his game and kept the line moving.
Most importantly, his attitude! Very pleasant and helpful to everyone.

I believe when we get crappy service he have to speak out, but when we get exceptional service also speak out.

Tyson was knowledgeable about every aspect of the store to me bringing returns and copying things for me and explaining all of the other services provided. He was kind and outgoing. I have noticed a lot of the times when I am there , customers are what make it take longer than it needs to be. Not the staff”
