“RUSKIN FL: Harbor freight manager, Josh, was awesome. I showed up to buy some garage equipment. Did not have the right account number and but needed to cover the cost of membership, which I was unfamiliar with as a new customer. He understood my situation, being an hour from home, He was able to combine the membership cost with merchandise, and still discounted my purchase. He topped it off by putting the tool cabinet in the back of my truck himself. Good Job Josh. I'm glad to see there are still dedicated customer service managers in the right place, at the right time.
