The customer service is just top notch, much better than what you get from big banks like BOA. “I went to this branch location today for a few things and Naira was so helpful!! I didn’t realize they close inside at 5pm, I thought they were open until 7pm and I showed up around 4:30. Naira was so nice and helpful I had no idea I kept her past closing until we were finished and she walked me out, that’s when I realized the place was empty. I have been banking here for years and never had a bad experience. I opened an account today for my son so we will definitely continue banking here!”
