“The people here are really easy to work with and I appreciate how easy and quick it is to get on the road. I've had to rent from them more often than I'd like but this location is always friendly and makes the process easy. I do recommend submitting as much info as you can online to speed up the process. Also, make a free account - no one wants to have to rent a car but if you do at least you'll rack up some points!”

“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”

“No cars...again. Two hours before I was scheduled to pick up my rental I was contacted by Countryside and was advised that they had no car for me. I was told to contact Customer Service. I tried that but realized after being on hold for a bit my only hope was getting a car at the Tampa Bay International Airport. The airport said they had a car for me. Since I was in the Dunedin area I had to take Uber X at a cost of about $50.00 to get to the airport. The cost increase did not end there. Airport fees and taxes added another $55.00 to the rental cost. I have sent four email requests for a review of the charges and I am still waiting for some resolution. I should have known better to rent from here based on the many one star reviews and the big factor, in my eyes, the owner does not respond to any reviews, positive or negative. This tells me he is not engaged with his business and more importantly with his customers. Avoid this business.”

I had the ugly Hyundai Elantra, the engine sounds like it's trying to kill itself. Slow ugly but a box with wheels, definitely a perfect rental car. I pity the people who buys these are their personal cars...wow what taste”
