“I just had the most wonderful experience at this oil change place at about 6:00 tonight. There were three young men there and their names are Jeremy, Omar, and Justin. These were the nicest most courteous and professional young men I've met in a long time. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need but told me I had a couple things wrong that they couldn't fix I'd have to take it to another shop, but they called me sir and I just can't get over how kind they were I just can't and it's refreshing after a long day at work to be treated so nice and so good. Any question I had they answered and if they didn't know they told me. They were very fast and efficient and safe in fact they called out signals to each other to make sure there were no leaks, to make sure everything was clear, to make sure everything was safe for me to pull out of the Bay where they worked at. If I could give these young men in the oil change that they performed more stars I would sure do it and I will definitely be going back and my suggestion to anyone out there reading this if you want a good experience and kind people and professional stop at this place and get your oil changed I guarantee you it's an experience you've never had before at Old change place. He recommended a tow company to me, knowing that I didn't live around there, who was also very accommodating, Once the vehicle was dropped off at **** Auto, his team went to work right away to diagnose the issue and within an a couple hours the vehicle was repaired and the fix was simple. I highly recommend **** Auto, they very easily could have tried to charge for more knowing I wasn't there to talk with them face to face but they only did what they needed to repair the vehicle. **** Auto is Honest, Has Integrity and great customer service, wish they had a shop in ******* **.”

“So, 2 pm appointment, owner Doug is there, my wife says AC isn't as cold, Doug says save $, it's fine, I have him do it for the wife, AC in my 10 yr old Honda coming out like Brand New. A simple recharge, Penny's here was less expensive than me DYI buying freon myself and doing it. Can't beat that.”

They opened it in two seconds flat and checked all my fluids for me and sent me on my way. Extremely friendly guys and seemed honest. A lot of shops will treat women weirdly or differently and I didn't get that vibe at all. 10/10 will definitely be bringing my two beaters back to these guys.”

“I would highly recommend Mavis Tires on Main Street in Dunedin, FL. I was here visiting Clearwater for the weekend with my Special Needs son and got a nail in my tire. I tried 2 Tire Plus locations, and they wouldn't give me the time or day to help a mother and her child who were in an unfamiliar town with a flat tire. Oh, wait they put air in it for me! The Manager at Mavis Tires stepped up and without missing a beat fixed my tire and did it so professionally and efficiently. He understood my situation and had compassion. I am so grateful for the staff at The Mavis on Main Street and will never forget them helping me. It's refreshing to see that there is still great customer service out there. “Quick, affordable, efficient and very customer friendly. Nicky was awesome and made sure everything was good. Also the rest of the team they all did great! They show u, ur old filter compared to new one, they show u ur oil lever after their done. They give u a sticker to put on ur vehicle for the next maintenance review and they make sure ur oil light change is gone and they reset it for another 5,000 or 7,000 miles. Whatever they recommend. I will continue to do there.”
