“I just got my 2002 Ford Ranger back from Wrecktified and boy did they do a GREAT job! My passenger door got whacked on I-4 during the frenzied hurricane evacuation, turned it around on the hinge. They found a replacement door within a week and matched the yellow paint and pinstriping perfectly! They salvaged all the internal mechanisms, power window & locks and the door closes better than before the accident! Shout out to Humberto for dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance co and arranging a Hertz, all at no cost to me, and to (Hurricane) Milton and his team of body experts for their flawless execution. But those mishaps had silver linings, getting connected to a body repair shop that did prompt but superb work. Carstar at Pro Auto worked seamlessly with our insurer. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take palpable and well-deserved pride in the details of their work. They keep us informed of the progress and once they secured necessary parts the car was ready in no time, earlier than estimated. However, they were not hasty nor did they cut corners. Only thing that didnt go as planned was they forgot to send my tag with the transporter but sorted it out immediately and we're still waiting for the tail light to come in but which is minor. “I had an appt last Thursday for an oil change. My advisor met me right away and we talked about what I wanted done. Other services were suggested but I declined. I was very happy with my experience with Palm Harbor Honda service department.
However, on a different note, I decided to look at new cars when I was there. As I was looking, Kristin came over to see if she could help. She said she would be right back with the info I requested. She went into a nearby office. I waited for awhile when another young man asked if I needed help. I told him I was waiting for Kristin so he went to check he said she was waiting for the paperwork . A few more minutes went by before she returned. She had papers in her hand but then said they weren’t for me. What a waste of my time!”
