“My experience here was excellent. I was driving down the road noticing my AC wasn't cold, just cool enough not to be warm. I got a wild hair and thought, "I wonder if I can pick something up at Autozone to fix that...add some Freon or whatever." I looked up a video on YouTube and found what I should get and pulled up here. The older guy helped me out, suggesting an analog gauge over the more expensive digital one, and made sure I bought the correct coolant, and looked up my cabin air filter. More than that, he explained how to do all of it. His instructions made me more confident I could do it. But then a young guy came in and he had the young guy go out with me to the car to replace the air filter for me. Turned out not to need the new filter. Anyway, this is the kind of service and help you can expect here. For me it was above and beyond, and highly appreciated.”

All my stuff was locked inside and they rescued me by getting my truck cover off. So I took it back to them the next day to fix my tailgate so it would open. They had it fixed in no time. I'm taking my husband's Jeep to them next to help get the driver and passenger side door handles to work so it isn't such a chore every time we try to get in! “Best experience with a body shop that I’ve ever had.Dropped our car off on Monday and by that same Thursday it was ready to come home. We got a new bumper, reverse light housing, exhaust, and paint done. Throughout, the receptionist gave us a call to update us on the process on the car, we really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and communication. When the vehicle was returned, they had vacuumed and wiped the interior.Will recommend and return if I need their services in the future. Was told that it is a $100 fee per day if the vehicle is not picked up same day the work is completed, so that is to keep in mind.”

“I came in for a battery replacement on my 2019 Chevy Colorado and Chris the associate was very helpful and patient. The battery was hard to get it out the terminal was jammed tight and would not come off from the battery post. It took Chris and with the help from Gregory 35mins to finally get the terminal off the post normally it's a 10-15 mins job. Thank you soo much Chris and Gregory you guys are the best!!! I will always be grateful because I don't think i could've change it myself. If anyone needs a battery change or need something for your vehicles I recommend Auto zone in Starkey and east bay these guys are tremendous at what they do and very knowledgeable.”
