I reached out to them via email/ text inquiring about a possible issue with my vehicle and they responded same day and were very patient with all the questions I asked! “I was recently handed down an old Tacoma that had a minor leak around the transmission extension housing. After unsuccessful (and expensive) repair attempts by two national name transmission companies , i found AET and gave them a shot. They meticulously diagnosed the problem keeping me in the loop the whole time and were able to fix the leak. Probably the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever experienced. “I have had Dube’s Automotive as my mechanic for my car for more than 4 years. I live in Land O Lakes now and I drive down to Clearwater because of the quality of his work and his HONESTY.
They checked out my car for me after the hurricane after it was sitting in an unknown amount of flooding. Today, he is checking it out for me as I am preparing to give my car to my niece.

“On 9/3/25, I had a flat tire at my home. I was able to drive to Dunedin Transmission located at 778 Main ST, Dunedin. Fl. The mechanic stopped working on another vehicle to assist me. He looked at my tire and immediately put air in my tire so I could drive to a location to purchase a new tire. This is not the first time I had a problem with my auto. The first time the same mechanic stopped working on another auto to help me. He installed an air filter for me. Both times he never charged me. I even offered to tip him, but he refused the tip. I thank God that there is still auto shops who do not try to take advantage of a person, especially a SENIOR WOMAN. THANK YOU TO THE MECHANCE WHO ASSISTED ME. THIS SHOP DESERVE AN OUTSTANDING RATING.”

“Dan has been our go-to mechanic for our Porsches. Recently, I had a very unique issue that was outside the scope of what he could assist with. Even though he wasn’t able to complete the repair himself, he still went above and beyond to help.

I’ve been 3 years without a/c in my car because everywhere I took it they told me it was the Compressor or condenser, cost would be $1,800 and up. Come to find out it was something much easier and turned out to be a leak in my valves! My air is fixed and blowing iced cold all for less than $200!!!
