“I frequent the UPS Store at 36181 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor quite often. I have always had an excellent experience and today was no different. I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. Maeva, jumped right in and helped me navigate through my Amazon return process and within no time, she had the return switched to UPS saving me time and frustration. “Whenever I have to return an item from Amazon, I always go to this particular UPS store, Miss Kasey , Mr. Riley and Mr. Regis are usually the people that help me. All three are very, very friendly and they always welcome me when I walk in the door, They are always very helpful when I need to bring up something on my phone in order for them to get a ticket to send my package out. It makes me happy when I need to return something from Amazon and that is because I get to go to the UPS and see if not all three that day at least one of them that day I love this UPS because of the employees that work there!!!!”

“Aaron was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and he definitely stands by his work. I had a very difficult shipment (live plants) that unfortunately didn't make it to their destination without damage. I sent him tons of pictures and requested a refund, obviously assuming he would be like most owners and wouldn't make it right. He very kindly and quickly refunded me for the shipping service and the damaged products. It's unusual to find an honest and professional owner, and he is both. I'm located in PA but if we stay in the same area in the future, I would definitely try his services again! Again, my shipment was difficult and while I was disappointed the plants didn't make it, Aaron was very easy to work with-10/10 customer service. Highly recommend!”
