“The dog wash at this location was the best I have been to. We travel frequently with our doodle & use TSC to give her a bath. Usually I see no staff members but today I was checked on a few times to see if I needed anything - I did - towels. After someone next to me was finished staff came in & cleaned the bathing tub!Awesome staff - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

It feels nice to shop at a store that is more local than those Orange or Blue people!I was looking for a garden hose and nozzle to use for washing the Sprinter van. I did find what I needed and while it's a little more expensive than I would like, the quality is good and it's in stock. And again, #ShopLocal.They have darned near everything here and the folks are definitely friendly and helpful!”
“Extremely well-stocked store with knowledgeable employees. You don't need to buy High volumes of anything. Small Fix-It parts for the house, plus large tools and anything you need. This is my favorite hardware store.Additional review: I have returned to town after the hurricane and I'm thrilled to see Gavin's is still here and is thriving even more than before. Plenty of employees were circulating to help me with all the small parts and big items needed to put my house back together. It was reassuring to find the best hardware store in the area is still going strong. Thank you Gavin's!”
“I wanted to leave a comment about a single associate but couldn't find a way to do that on the Home Depot website. Cheri in the garden center went far above and beyond in helping me locate an item I was in great need of. She searched the entire store (including being sent to lumber from garden and back) and found what I needed. In todays age of self-service and generally poor customer service, she went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated.”

“I ordered a large shed for my husband for Father’s Day. When we went to pick it up we were surprised to find it packaged in one VERY LARGE 700lb box that wouldn’t fit on either of our vehicles or any of the rental trailers.
Thankfully the customer service team Lesley and another very helpful and kind woman whose name I regrettably don’t remember were able to help us switch it to a delivery without any hassle or delays.
5+ stars for assistance and a clear customer first focus at this location.

“I always love this Lowe's. I have been to others, and others are cluttered and hard to find items on need. But this one is always good. I like Lowe's better than home Depot. It seems more personal if that makes sense? Home Depot seems more for companies.”

Their supply of horticultural amendments is limitless their help goes out of their way for you and the dog moose is a pleasure to be around.”
