Excellent customer service. Storage facility is clean, well kept, and exceptionally cool. Work trucks parked in the rear of the facility in non parking spaces can make it difficult for a large box truck to get off the property through the exit.

My Smartstop storage location is an old building but is managed by the most amazing manager… Nechole is the best customer service rep I’ve ever met (from any company). I’m rating it high because of her … the building needs some help - so my rating would be adjusted if it weren’t for her.
