“I want to give a shout out to MoveBright and my moving team, Rashod, Dewayne and Manny. The crew was professional, friendly and respectful with my furniture. I have had at least 5 previous experiences with moving companies and they have always been stressful events with mixed satisfaction. My move with MoveBright was by far my best experience and I would be happy to request the same team again and/or refer them to my friends. Thank you!”

“Of our 15 PCS moves, this was the best set of CONUS packers we have been assigned. Michelle, Scott and Bonnie were professional, on time and efficient. Only feedback is that a fourth packer would have allowed them to finish in the scheduled three days. But they were very careful with packing our belongings and we would recommend them to any military family moving from Jacksonville.”
“We had an amazing experience. Shay explained all of the details regarding the rental process in a thorough and friendly manner. Our storage unit was clean and in excellent shape to store our items. We are thankful to have such a nice facility in a relatively close distance to our home.”

“Amazing work! They did my move in less than two hours and I was on a 3rd floor apartment with no elevators. I highly recommend these guys. Real personable and down to earth. Thanks guys!”

“The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is extremely easy to use this facility. Ample carts are provided and there are two elevators.
I was told price increases were modest and occurred no more often than once a year, which helped me decide to rent at Atlantic Self Storage. The price went up by 40% eight months after I rented the unit. After contacting the facility about the rate hike my rate was reduced for a six-month period.
I recommend Atlantic Storage over other storage facilities.”

“I rented a 10x30 unit for 5 months. The experience was great. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Unit was well priced and clean. A big plus for me was being able to access the unit 24/7. Moving is very stressful however Atlantic Self Storage made the storage part easy.”
“Ya'll did a wonderful job and were careful, efficient, and did the job quickly. I am very grateful for the effort. On another note, they are so kind even when I was so difficult, and I am overly grateful for that. I overlooked something and didn't take the time to go look through the house and got frustrated at the wrong people, but they handled the customer care on all fronts exceptionally well. The movers were kind and the guys answering the phones were beyond kind when I was less then agreeable. Thank you guys!”

“They are linient, kind and understanding, I appreciate their business as to how they accommodate me on my hard times, I will surely recommend Atlantic Self Storage to all my friends...”
“They did a good job, the only complain I have is that:
I thought I had them for a whole 4 hours but once they were done with one Pod and they were done like 30 to 40 minutes earlier than expected, they didn't wanted to use the othere time left, they discounted it but I really needed them to use that time on the other Pod. Besides that everything else was good.”
“They sent 3 guys and you could tell they’re a well oiled machine! They carefully wrapped and transported our stuff while maintaining a professional attitude. It was so hot today but they were cheerful and happy to be of service. A friend of ours recommended them and we’re now recommending them for your next move. We have moved 5 times in the last 5 years. Just wish we hired them sooner!”

“The facility was clean and easy to access. The employees were very nice. My only negative comment is the price increased while I was there in a short period of time.”
“Heather made the rental process super easy! She called me to introduce herself when I reserved my unit and gave me clear instructions on next steps. She was more than welcoming when I came in to get a look at my unit, get my lock etc and she walked me to my unit and gave me a little tour. I fully recommend Atlantic self storage. Perfect location if you’re in twenty mile Nocatee too!”
“This place is so clean it reminds me of a hospital. Lots of access and quiet corridors without stuff laying around in the hallways. Very comfortable and safe feeling even at night. Place is huge”
“Clean facilities, great customer service. They were sweet, kind and courteous for my move in, as well as my move out. I would rent from them again. Thank you for all your help.”
“First of all..moving is the worst. But this company made our day! They were so fun and upbeat that we forgot all the stresses of moving. The movers did everything for us and had the best attitudes. Our furniture and belongings made it safely, best prices in town and by far the best customer service. They worked so hard and never complained or made excuses.”

“This place is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I'm a teacher, and at this time of year we are all closing up our classrooms, and it can become very hectic. And I am moving schools. And so it's even more hectic, the staff here was super helpful. Getting me all set up with my storage unit. Getting it all ready to go and even was nice enough to give us some boxes to help as they fully understand how stressful it can be to close up a classroom.
Another good thing is they have big rolling carts. So you can load stuff up from your vehicle. And wheel it to your storage unit, and you don't have to just stick with a Dolly which is really good, and they actually have about 4 or 5 of them. So it makes it super easy for people who are moving a lot of stuff to get it back to their storage unit in fewer trips.
All in all I would say this is an amazing storage facility and to all teachers out there that want to move their classrooms or clean out their classrooms or even just for summer, have to store their supplies: This is definitely the place to do it.”

“I wanted to compliment, Steve Henry and Tommy on their professional move for our family. They were professional organized helped us with packing and they worked diligently nonstop. We had 100-year-old Piano that impact everything up professionally I would definitely recommend.”

“As always, they get the job done. I have used them several times. They show up on time, quickly and efficiently pack and load your things, and are very personable. They barely let me do anything packing or loading myself! Lol. They were tipped well. I will continue to use this company in the future. And Tommie at the office always takes care of your requests with great communication and accommodation. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for the help boys and making moving day less stressful for me :)”
