Shared Branching services has always been great. But I have noticed a change in service overall at all locations. The location in Harper lane want to charge a fee to deposit a few coins. Forces you to use the coin machine. This service use to always be free with coop share branching. They want to charge now.

Two of the 3 clerks have awful to us every time we go to this bank. Forget a pleasant greeting they don't even respond when wished a good day, don't attempt to help with forms or information when asked. They kept us from opening an account or doing any business whatsoever with the bank.very unprofessional

I have never been impressed with the customer service at this branch but after trying to closing out my account and finding out months later they didn't do that and allowed an unauthorized transaction I am warning people to be aware of them. If you close out any account here get it in writing before you walk out or what happened to me may also happen to you.

Worst bank ever. Worked with lot of banks and credit unions and never had such a continuous bad experience. Zero customer service, huge hold times on check deposits, no extra products offered for business banking. Stay away

In Florida, there are many banks to choose from. My primary bank is Vystar. However, I have another credit union account from NJ. The credit union is currently not in Florida. First Florida is my go-to bank to use a shared branch. They are so excellent in service. I can deposit, transfer, and withdraw money from First Florida. I am not able to use the drive thru since I am not an active first Florida member. Nonetheless, I have the same perks I would have with my credit union in NJ. I just love love, love, First Florida. My NJ account was hacked, and a new debit card was issued. I needed money fast. First Florida came through in a pinch.

10 STARS if I could. The bank manager got on the phone to speak w/ me as the loan officer was busy. She could have easily sent me to voicemail...spent 20 mins w/ me! LOVE THEM!

Monekia was the best. She was knowledgable and told me my rate and terms up front. When completing contract, no surprises and she even helped facilitate the title work. FFCU had the best rate for car loan with good credit. Thumbs up to Monekia and her team for a job well done.

Shared branching customers beware!!! Every time I go in this branch I'm treated like trash. If you aren't their member, you get treated like you're there to rob them. If I was going to become their member, I'm certainly NOT now!

GREAT service. I've used this location for credit union shared branching services. Once I get settled in Jacksonville area I'll be making First Florida my local bank.
